We provide IEP & IVP based rehabilitation services with a primary focus on Vocational Training for people with learning difficulties &/or mental retardation.

What does KVTC do?

The purpose is to enable them to acquire all the skills necessary to find & hold on to a decent, respectable job that will make them independent, contributing members of society.

 
  • Raise awareness throughout Pakistan about the abilities of intellectually challenged people.
  • To enhance employment opportunities for the mentally challenged with the same remuneration as a normal person would get in accordance with the Disabled Persons’ (Employment & Rehabilitation) Ordinance 1981

To build a Purpose-built Training Facility accommodating at least 500 trainees thereby enhancing our capabilities to cater to a more significant portion of the intellectually challenged population in Karachi.


To raise awareness throughout Pakistan about how to prevent & reduce mental retardation including early intervention techniques & the importance of vocational education to help parents of intellectually challenged people throughout the nation.



To enhance our ability to share new knowledge, techniques, & best practices with other centres in Pakistan as a Training Institute for students, professionals & organizations working for the benefit of special needs children in Pakistan.



To enhancing employment & social integration opportunities for intellectually disabled people in Pakistan & abroad.
