KVTC has been a platform through which new knowledge, techniques, & best practices gained through unique, milestone projects, particularly with the British Council2, are shared with other centres in Pakistan, catering to one of the foremost needs of our civil society. Consequently, KVTC is the only SEN school in Pakistan to be chosen to participate in the International Inspirations program3.
Our Student Internship Program provides unique learning opportunities for those wishing to pursue a career in Special Education, Psychology, & other related fields, significantly improving the quality of Special Educators in the country and contributing to an important civic need ignored by federal authorities throughout Pakistan’s history.
OUR SOCIAL IMPACT
Despite operating on a thinly spread budget & facing uphill battles against preset perceptions due to lack of awareness, we have found gainful employment for over 400 IC persons. Some have even started their own families.

Since 1991, we have improved the lives of over 4000 IC people & their families in Karachi & over 10,000 IDPs throughout Pakistan.​
